Seabrook News and Post

Newspapers, stationery and stamps. The post office is further along.

Seabrook News and Post is the newsagent at the pier end of the High Street, next door to Finch’s Tea Room. The proprietor is Mr Martin Wells.

The shop sells newspapers, magazines, stationery, greetings cards, postcards of the town, stamps and confectionery. The Seabrook Chronicle is kept on the counter. In spring the tub outside the door is planted with daffodils.

Newspapers can be ordered and put by, and are delivered to most streets in the town before breakfast. Accounts are settled monthly.

The shop is not the post office, which is further along the High Street. Visitors are directed there several times a day. There is a post box on the pavement outside.
